Heart to Art Collective exists to support women on their mental health and healing journeys by integrating faith, creative expression, and community. We aim to provide safe, nurturing spaces for growth, resilience, and connection.
We envision a community where every woman has access to tools, support, and encouragement to thrive emotionally, spiritually, and creatively.
Reaiah is a faith and mental health coach with over 20 years of ministry and leadership experience. Growing up in church, she learned the value of community and faith, but also experienced the challenges of mental health firsthand. Through creative expression—journaling, art, and reflection—she discovered tools for healing and resilience.
Heart to Art Collective was born from this journey, combining Reaiah’s passion for faith, mental health, and art to provide safe spaces where women can process struggles, build resilience, and connect with God and community.

"I loved hearing the stories in a different way, learning to tell them, and discussing them with others. Going through the program with people I know and trust made it even more meaningful. I’ve also been using the listening tools in my everyday conversations and the writing prompts to continue my journey of healing."
